This is a Demo of a Major Customization of Woocommerce
For this client, we heavily restricted Woocommerce to allow a rigid, fixed number of products, in a fixed quantity configuration, with both variable AND fixed shipping costs across the U.S. within the same WC shopping cart engine.
If you click into any of the 3 products below, you will see that you cannot proceed to the Cart or Checkout without satisfying the restrictions of # of bagels, cream cheeses and smoked salmon. If you experiment with shipping addresses, you will also see that we have set up the shipping rules such that shipping is free for the #1 package, and then variable for #2 and #3, even switching FedEx shipping class depending on the distance of the customer from the Northeast shipping location.
